EuroISPA currently comprises ten members and one associate member. The ten members are ISP associations from EU Member States; the associate member is an Internet Exchange. The organisation is assisted by a Secretariat, which resides in Brussels.

The EuroISPA Council meets at least four times each year in order to formally discuss policy, matters of importance to the EU Internet industry and the administration of the organisation. Each of the EuroISPA members elects one person to represent them at the Council and bring to the table the views of their association. Meanwhile, informal, continuous discussion between the members ensures that EuroISPA is a close-knit organisation, taking advantage of the wealth of expertise and experience contained therein.

EuroISPA is now recognised as the voice of the EU ISP industry and is the largest 'umbrella' association of Internet Service Providers in the world. The reason for EuroISPA's success to date is doubtless that it reflects the views of ISPs of all sizes from across its member base.

EuroISPA is proud of its achievements to date and will continue to represent the EU's ISP industry on all those issues in which ISPs have a legitimate interest.
